Command Staff.

The Deputy Fire Chief oversees day-to-day fire and rescue operations across every shift and station, supporting the Public Safety Chief in department administration and operational readiness.

The EMS Division Chief holds full clinical and operational authority over every ambulance, paramedic, and EMT in the county, setting the medical protocols that govern patient care in the field.

The Division Chief of Training manages recruit and in-service training, certifications, and skills development for fire and EMS personnel department-wide.

The Division Chief of Special Operations oversees the department's technical rescue capabilities, including water rescue, rope rescue, and confined-space response.

The Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day department administration, records, and communications for Command Staff.

Logistics provides the resources, support, and services that sustain emergency response operations so personnel can focus on firefighting, rescue, and hazard mitigation — ordering, receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing equipment, tools, uniforms, PPE, and other station-level supplies. Logistics works closely with Command Staff and Finance to keep spending within budget.
